Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will not receive a shipping notification for magazine subscriptions. For all other orders, you will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs for magazine subscriptions is included in the checkout price.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

For magazine subscriptions: Day Trips Magazine is published every other month. Please allow up to 60 days to receive your first issue. If you have not received your copy of the magazine after 60 days, please contact us at sales.support@carolinatraveler.com.

For all other orders: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.support@carolintraveler.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Magazine subscriptions are not refundable, unless we determine you have a duplicate subscription. Magazine subscription cancellations are effective at the end of your current subscription period. We do not issue partial refunds for canceled subscriptions.

For merchandise other than magazine subscriptions, we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 10 days of delivery at sales.support@carolinatraveler.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
